Today is one of the most perfect fall days we’ve had after a few weeks of rain, so I thought it would be a perfect time to share some favorites from my recent shoot with Katie Jacobs for Draper James. You can see Part I and Part II here on the Draper James blog. (Katie even shared a fun recipe!)
I had the opportunity to attend the store opening, and oh my, it is gorgeous! The lovely store is designed to feel like a sweet, southern home, and I could spend hours adoring all the sweet details.
For this shoot, I was so excite to see what Miss Katie dreamt up. She combines southern charm, delectable treats and unmatched style with every project. We collaborated on a Movie Night shoot for Draper James in the summer, and this time Katie dreamt up the best tailgate you’d ever attend with the new amazing pieces from Draper James’ fall line.
I loved every piece, but the Pennington Short Peacoat (on Katie below) is definitely my favorite! Such vintage elegance with a touch of southern! Katie’s friend, Sarah Basel joined in and donned the Mia Wide Brim Hat and the adorable Georgia Windowpane Cape. Doesn’t she rock it!?
Enjoy Katie’s beautiful vision for the best of fall!
